We’re growing our team and looking for a person who has any or some of the following skills; Varnishing, Systems (mechanical, electrical & plumbing), Fiberglass/Gel Coat or Rigging.
This full-time position is in a fast paced yard, you must be a self-motivated team player with a “can do” attitude to make our team. Padebco offers great working conditions, competitive pay based on experience and benefits including vacation and paid holidays.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, be able to multi-task and have a basic knowledge of boats and boating. Successful candidates must work well with others, be detail oriented and provide quality service to our boating clients. Conditions of employment include; ability to lift/carry 50 pounds, have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and authorized to work in the United States.
