Seeking an experienced and skilled mechanic in any or all of the following; able to work on diesel and gas engines used in power and sail boats including; outboard, inboard, I/O, jet drives, etc. Work includes trouble shooting, identification of root cause of a problems/issue, repairs, maintenance, installation, identification of parts required to complete a job, etc. OEM and/or formal training certification are a plus. You will need to provide some of your own tools.
This full-time position is in a fast-paced yard, you must be a self-motivated team player with a “can do” attitude to make our team. Padebco offers great working conditions, competitive pay based on experience and benefits including vacation and paid holidays.

Successful candidates must work well with others, be detail oriented and provide quality service to our boating clients.
