Padebco is a dynamic boatyard seeking self-motivated individuals with “can do” attitudes. This part-time position is in a fast-paced yard, you must be a self-motivated team player. Padebco offers great working conditions and competitive pay based on experience.
Tasks include various boatyard work including but not limited to; bottom painting, hauling and launching, cleaning, buffing and polishing boats, and more. Varnishing, Systems (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) Fiberglass/Gel Coat, Carpentry, or Rigging experience a plus.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, be able to multi-task, and have basic knowledge of boats and boating. Successful candidates must work well with others, be detail oriented and provide quality service to our boating clients. Conditions of employment include; able to lift/carry 50 pounds, have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and be authorized to work in the United States.
